Senior Pastor
Justin Jenness

Justin joined the Good News staff as our Senior Pastor in March of 2022. His main responsibilities include championing the mission and vision of Good News Church, teaching and preaching, and pastoral care of the congregation. He graduated from Kairos University with his Master of Divinity in March of 2023. Justin enjoys playing a big part in Risefest ministries and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and three kids, Simon, Siri, and Judah.
Executive Pastor
Kayla Schnider

Kayla joined the Good News staff in July of 2012. She is responsible for working hand-in-hand with the Senior Pastor when it comes to the development and implementation of the church’s vision and strategy. She oversees staff development, supporting and empowering their personal and ministry goals. Along with the deacon board, Kayla is responsible for financial and organizational management. She also enjoys caring for the congregation and getting to know people through one-on-one conversations. Kayla is currently in school at Colorado Christian University seeking her Masters in Executive Leadership in Christian Ministry. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and two kids, Kaden and Sydney.

Kirby joined the Good News team in June 2022. He provides vision and leadership to the students of Good News that align with the core values we find in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Kirby walks alongside students and their families and encourages them to live on a mission that reflects God's kingdom. In his free time, he enjoys be outdoors and spending time with his wife, Shonna.

Danielle joined the Good News team in September of 2023. As Worship Director, she takes on the responsibilities of not just leading but also guiding moments of collective worship and fostering an atmosphere where the church community can connect and engage in worship through various avenues. Her heartfelt focus is ensuring that God receives all the glory, and emphasizing that worship is a lifestyle, not just a moment. She enjoys being outdoors when the average temperature is above 30 degrees and loves to play games and do crafts.
